Responsible for designing and delivering our internal communications plan to support business strategy and drive employee engagement. I work closely with our managing director and senior leadership team to develop and deliver key messages to employees and other key stakeholders.

I worked with the chairman and chief executive to promote Brandeaux's UK student accommodation funds and London ground rent funds to international institutional investors. We also produced investor updates and communications. I also maintained relationships with institutional investors and financial advisers by answering queries about our fund range and distributing marketing communications materials. I also organised investor tours of Brandeaux's property portfolio in the UK and investor seminars in Dubai, Hong Kong and Singapore.

This was a predominantly investor-focused marketing communications role. I was responsible for regular investor reports for a range of international property funds; the end-to-end management of direct marketing campaigns; project managing commercial property valuations; writing articles for trade press on pensions and commercial property investments and managing client events.

This was my family's business. I joined directly after my studies to set up a dedicated Marketing function. Key projects I delivered include a corporate rebrand; a new suite of marketing materials; a new website and an online customer database. I also organised participation at trade exhibitions and raised the company's profile through coverage in local media and national trade press. I was also the primary point of contact for international suppliers in the UK, France, Italy, China and Taiwan.
