CurrentPart of the Business Strategy & Analysis team within a cloud-native consultancy building greenfield apps. Scoping and conducting assessment, discovery and delivery phases alongside coaching, line management and sales.Assignments include:- Worked with CFO and CTO to form the data strategy and roadmap for a 33 site UK hotel chain. Implementing dashboards that enable data-driven decision-making; understanding customer behaviour to maximise revenue opportunities and monitor operational performance to establish best practices.- Shaped the Customer Loyalty and Engagement strategy for a petrol stations franchise processing 20 billion transactions a year. Developed a roadmap to re-platform onto cloud technology for scaling on demand, reduce customer cost to entry, and provide new B2B and B2C product offerings.- Rolled out a headless eCommerce platform using Amplience CMS for a 24/7 gym operator that increased customer conversion, provided flexible content management, website scalability and user analytics.- Provided the delivery proposal for a Self-Serve B2B Ad platform on a .com website. Designed to attract local SMEs to advertising by simplifying complex offerings whilst minimising operational overheads. This has now been taken forward into implementation.- Launched a scalable audio-on-demand platform with integrated target ads capability for millions of listeners. Used by all Global Radio brands to provide Podcast and Catch Up content Online and via mobile Apps. It also provides OFCOM compliance and an employee one-stop-shop for all broadcasted audio.
