Our efforts to identify an initial business combination will not be limited to a particular industry or geographic region, although we intend to focus on companies operating in the financial services industry.On September 17, 2014, HF2 announced that it had entered into a definitive agreement to acquire a majority equity interest in ZAIS Group Parent, LLC, the sole member of ZAIS Group, LLC, a leading investment management firm focused on specialized credit investments with approximately $5.0 billion of assets under management as of June 30, 2014. On March 17, 2015, HF2 and ZAIS completed the business combination.
