Sean Clayton is a lawyer licensed to practice in both North Carolina and South Carolina. His focus is personal injury law. He strives to help people and their loved ones put their lives back together after the unexpected occurs.Sean Clayton grew up in Durham, North Carolina. He then graduated Summa Cum Laude with two degrees from Appalachian State University in Boone, North Carolina. He also studied at the University of Cantabria in Santander, Spain. He then went to law school at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. While in law school, Sean Clayton was the Executive of the International Moot Court Team and competed in places like London and Washington, D.C.. Following law school, he passed bar exams in both North Carolina and South Carolina. He remains licensed in both jurisdictions.Sean Clayton now lives in Charlotte, where he serves people all across the Carolinas. As an attorney with the Karney Law Firm, he is a fierce negotiator and litigator. The system is designed to protect insurance companies, not people - Sean knows how to navigate this treacherous water so people are not taken advantage of.Outside of work, Sean spends his time with his wife, son, and two dogs.
