I worked with Anderson Strathern Asset Management for just under three years. I was responsible for a wide variety of financial planning based tasks including; preparing client meeting packs, updating and amending client data, completing anti money-laundering checks and ensuring documentation was sufficiently held, collecting and reviewing information on various plan types held with different providers, assuring client's fee's were invoiced timely and correctly.

I joined Brown Shipley in March 2014 in my first role in the finance industry, joining initially as a Client Administrator providing professional customer service to high net worth client's and providing smooth operation of tasks and projects. I worked closely with Investment Managers and Financial Planners, as well as intermediaries to meet client's financial objectives. Following completion of my Modern Apprenticeships, I progressed and worked as a Personal Assistant to the Head of Office, this was a very client facing role and I proved myself to be a friendly, reliable and a helpful point of contact to clients, building strong relationships with clients and third parties whilst assisting them with their needs. During my employment I was involved in various projects, working effectively with colleagues across the Kin different offices and teams. During my time working at Thorntons, I was employed as a Sales Assistant and Stock Keeper. My primary responsibilities were to provide high quality customer service, ordering and controlling stock levels of the store as well as preparing for promotional events. Folllowing the completion of my Modern Apprenticeships, I was promoted to a Senior Sales position giving me extra responsibilities in the smooth running of the store whilst maintaining my customer service and stock keeping roles. I became responcible for opening and closing stores as a key holder, banking reconciliations and working with colleagues in a managerial capacity, heading up projects and delegating staff duties.During my Employment I completed two Modern Apprenticeship: - SVQ 2 Retail Skills, SCQF Level 5- SVQ 3 Retail Management, SCQF Level 6
