Senior Manager, Marketing Operations
CurrentLeads all areas of Marketing Operations including: -MarTech Management: Manages a tech stack of 20+ technologies at a $1.5M annual budget (manages budget, negotiating agreements and technical implementation-Reporting & Analytics: Monitors the marketing funnel and derives insights to inform marketing investment decisions at overall strategy and tactical level ; Built Multi-Touch Attribution model. -Campaign Operations: Owns marketing project request processes and campaign launchpad-Platform Operations: Builds infrastructure and workflows for capturing, enriching, routing all leads. Manages and documents all foundational lead lifecycle and scoring workflows which make the business tick. -Data Governance and Database Management: Oversees health, structure and growth of the database as well as keeping data processes and definitions in alignment with the business.
