Major achievements in this role included:• Co-founded and sold 50 person applications development/digital marketing company in Thailand• Developed online advertising platform (ThaiAdClick) serving over 2 million banners daily• Received 'Application of the Year 2002' award from Microsoft Thailand for web development• Lead Developer/CTO delivering solutions to Thai Airways, Asia Pacific Breweries, DTAC and AISThe company was originally named 'Thai Cyberworks' and was acquired by listed Australian company Hyro, when it was rebranded to Hyro Consulting. During this period Sean also worked for a brief five month period for Datacom, New Zealand architecting a solution for the Earthquake Commission (EQC) and reviewing content management system implementation for Air New Zealand.

Lead applications developer and consultant doing applications development in J2EE, CORBA, Visual Basic, SQL Server and DB2. Completed projects for customers including AAMI Insurance, Telecom New Zealand, and National Bank of New Zealand.

Role involved Applications Developer, Project Management, Solution Achitecture responsibilities for Wellington and New Zealand companies including VTNZ, Department of Internal Affairs, New Zealand Police, Aviation Security Services, Leaders Real Estate and Westpac Bank. Technologies used included Micosoft Access, SQL Server, Active Server Pages, MTS, Visual Basic and Delphi.

Lead development of the organization's flagship Health and Safety software solution, provided to Government, Commercial and Local Government organizations in Auckland, Hamilton and Wellington. The software later became known as 'SafeTnet' and was marketed by New Zealand listed health and safety consultancy and software company Intaz, floated in 2002.
