Ensure travel nurses are properly onboarded for their assignments, go over and answer any benefits questions, ensure all time cards are recieved and processed.

Recruits for all assigned positions using recruiting best practices to source, attract and screen applicants to fill assigned openings. Is accountable for leading the development of ongoing creative/cost-effective sourcing strategies for assigned open positions as well as developing a pipeline of key talent to improve overall bench strength. Consults with hiring managers, VP of Field Operations and Manager Human Resources throughout the hiring process, providing detailed assessments of all candidates sourced. Manages the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing and administrative components involved in the recruiting process. Works with minimal supervision and is responsible to make an established range of decisions, escalating to manager when necessary and updates manager on a regular basis. This role will also support Human Resources functions including onboarding, offboarding, open enrollment and other HR duties as assigned.
