Provided support to a Navy construction unit on-site and advised on project management, materials procurement, and personnel employment to bring the project from 6% behind schedule to 1% ahead of schedule in three months.-Coordinated all logistical support, to include cargo and personnel transportation, sustenance, power production, and health services for the battalion and expeditionary unit

- Responsible for training and leading 80 Marines and the maintenance and employment of approximately 25 million dollars of engineer tools, sets, kits, vehicles, and heavy equipment. - Improved company supply system through detailed inspections and training and assigning the correct individuals to supply management billets. Reduced equipment loss from $70,000 to $8.- Planned, coordinated material procurement and external support requirements, and supervised a $150,000 construction project to improve Camp Pendleton, CA.- Produced and lead weekly briefs on maintenance, supply, training, and personnel readiness.- Increased overall training readiness of company from 10% to 70% in six months.
