 Monitor overall project health & progress by having oversight on status of all contractual requirements.  Attend and lead engineering design meetings and review/monitor designs changes according to the contract requirement and required standards. Analyze design evolution in relation to scope of work and budget.  Identify and qualify subcontractors, suppliers and vendors. Evaluate received bids/quotations. Negotiate and award contracts in conjunction with Project Manager. Prepare and track project schedule. Plan construction operations and sequences. Prepare job method statements. Assign tasks to project teams and assist to close out site issues. Update client on project status & information. Discuss with client on variation of designs/specifications/direction & respond to client inquiries and instructions. Organize project and manage pre-construction, construction, testing & commissioning works. Coordinate between subcontractors, consultants, authorities, and clients. Ensure completion of project close out requirements such as documentation, punch list items and project handover. Ensure project teams follow safety requirements. Prepare & review safety plan for construction works.  Monitor & delegate project teams on daily tasks, reports, design requirement, quality checks, commissioning activities. Review produced progress and test reports. Assist Project Manager and Construction Manager in all daily tasks.

Assisting senior Engineers in design works and drawings• Perform site inspection to ensure project accordance and produce daily/weekly reports on progress• Supervise contractors under guidance of senior engineers• Attend and discuss project details/site reports in meetings with consultants and clients• Ensuring project milestones are met and according to requirements• Liaise with government agencies/officers • Troubleshoot project issues with project team• Managing suppliers and transport of materials to and between sites as needed.

•Proposed, design, implement & commission Wi-Fi network and server for resort with capacity of 200 guests.• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors to perform installations according to design• Procure orders from suppliers and manage site storage• Ensure cost overrun doesn’t occur and milestones are met within the required timeframe • Liaise with clients to discuss project details and how to best meet their requirements• Attend and discuss project details/site reports in meetings with consultants and clients• Work with building technical staff to ensure all equipment can be safely and correctly installed on site• Troubleshoot problems with technical staff to address project related issues• Ensure worker safety when performing installations
