I am a Project Manager and have worked in the commercial construction industry for several years. I currently specialize in healthcare and public works construction, with an emphasis on client care, communication, and maintaining a high level of detail/quality control at every stage of my projects. My responsibilities include assisting clients in preliminary conceptual project design/planning, coordinating final plan development and permitting, plan review and cost estimation, contract and subcontract development and administration, schedule development and control, supervision/coordination of the construction process, budget tracking and analysis, and coordination with jurisdictions and architects/engineers throughout project duration.Prior to construction, my background includes many roles focused on customer-service and leadership, ranging from restaurant and retail management to sales and hospitality. Additionally, I have extensive experience with computer technology, with a high level of proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of programs focusing primarily on Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project. I am self-motivated and understand the importance of taking full ownership of my responsibilities to drive them from 'cradle to grave'. I am highly adaptive and flexible, with a passion for problem solving and the development of new skills and knowledge bases.
