Led the collaboration work on building new company website and revolutionary integrated booking engine, providing booking revenues in-house and increasing conversion for properties, with a seamless guest experience.Implemented companywide Central Reservation System, allowing for multiple internal programs to be launched.Moved loyalty program from externally run manual system to an in-house operation with automation, increasing guest satisfactions, customer retention and reducing costs to the individual hotels.Launched centralized lead distribution for national sales team, with leads being sent directly to their Property Sales System and tracking the production automatically.Oversaw the integration team for the change in GDS & Web booking platforms for 2 chains at the same time for complete integration between Micros Opera and Synxis CRS.Coordinated CRS and PMS on boarding the hotels for a smooth transition into the Joie de Vivre brand.Developed methodology for migrating existing PMS into a centralized system with no downtime.

Our events raise funds to sustain San Francisco-based and national charities. We value sexual freedom, diversity, and volunteerism.We as Members of the Board of Directors and as Treasurer of the Board are a working board, each of us runs an area or areas of the fairs and events. Our goal through the events is to raise funds for other Service Providers and Community organizations. In 2012, we gave away over $325,000 in funds to these organizations.
