I opened our Cincinnati office, which grew to over forty employees in two years. I built out our sales and marketing functions and implemented our CRM and Martech stack to target 6,000+ brands. I led the growth of the managed service business from $0-$6MM+ in gross revenue, $150MM in Amazon GMV under management, and signed 43 clients in two years. I leveraged my eCommerce and P&L ownership to work with our client's executives to assess their Amazon/eComm strategy, create building blocks for growth, and execute on the plan.
