- Analyze trends weekly transactional data in order to forecast future sales revenue based on recent and long term sales growth rates- Calculated conversion rates of the organization in order to analyze which teams needed improvement as well and worked as a team to improve sales rates- Assist the sales people in communicating with customers when they have general questions, problems with an order, or if they need service on our product- Manage the switch to a new phone system to improve our reliability with customers and improve features for salespeople- Manage Amazon store to maximize profit based on competitor pricing and overhead costs

I was hired on a contract for data entry. Following completion of the project in half the time originally estimated, I was hired full time.

I helped students who need one on one guidance and counseling with school as well as guided those students toward graduation through good behavior and attending all classes

I was responsible for everyday tasks around the office. I handled communication from each chapter around the country as well as many alumni members. I was also responsible for helping plan and run our Fraternity's 147th Anniversary National Convention that took place in August of 2011 in St. Louis, MO.
