Sean specializes in identifying and proposing solutions to process inefficiencies, leading client communications, and conducting technical research and proposal writing, particularly within the federal government consulting space. Sean has additional experience in proposal writing for RFI and RFP responses to development agencies such as USAID from his previous role as Senior Business Development Associate with Eurasia Foundation and through firm initiative work with Deloitte’s International Development Organizations office and D2i chapter, with a particular regional focus in South Asia. This work has honed his leadership and management skills and left him with an in-depth understanding of policy and competitive landscape research, stakeholder engagement, resource mobilization, project design, and operational support in international development. Finally, Sean is strong in writing and editing, interpersonal skills, time management, and attention to detail as a result of seven years as a private tutor for high school and college students. Sean holds an active Secret Clearance.
