With over 15 years of experience in digital strategy, digital marketing, and digital analytics, I am the Director of Analytics Consulting at Bounteous, where we consult leading enterprises on creating digital solutions for today's challenges and tomorrow's opportunities. As a leader on the Data & Analytics team, I coach individual contributors on creating and executing effective analytics strategies that leverage data so that clients can compete and win in digital and omnichannel contexts.In addition to my position at Bounteous, I serve as an Instructor at the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies, where I teach eCommerce and Online Business Management. In this course, we study eCommerce and omnichannel businesses so that learners can become better digital leaders. The curriculum covers a range of strategic topics, including business growth, team-building, and innovation from a management perspective.I also volunteer as a member of the Program Advisory Committee for the Digital Business Management B.Comm Degree Program at Humber College. This program integrates a traditional business degree with advanced technology and digital business management tools, preparing students for today's dynamic business environment.
