Information Services Manager
CurrentAs the Manager of Information Systems at Activity Connection, I am responsible for the full lifecycle management of the company's IT infrastructure and software systems. This includes the setup, centralization, and maintenance of all IT/IS platforms to support business operations. I manage and administer a variety of Microsoft-backed services, such as Intune, Entra, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, Office 365, and Microsoft Defender EDR/XDR. Lead the development and maintenance of internal automation tools, working with a range of programming languages, including Python, Cython, PHP, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and some Golang. Ensure 24x7 systems monitoring and reporting to maintain continuous service availability.I oversee multiple external development teams and third-party partners across various projects, managing cross-platform data migrations and tailoring project management tools to meet custom business requirements. I also manage our AWS environments to support development, staging, and production services across all platforms. My responsibilities extend to maintaining analytics platforms (MS Clarity, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) and Cloudflare integrations, including WAF, R2, Workers, and caching systems. I generate detailed reports on company analytics for internal and external stakeholders, catering to diverse teams with varying data needs. I handle the administration of SIP services for inbound and outbound customer calls, along with the LiveAgent platform, which supports customer service and feedback management. Oversee the ClickUp project management toolkit across multiple teams.I manage WordPress theme, plugin, and API development and maintenance across multiple sites, and provide technical assistance through the IT helpdesk. I collaborate closely with the customer service teams, assisting with client troubleshooting to ensure seamless operations.
