  Direct all aspects of the firm's Client Intake operations, ensuring swift and competent service delivery related to conflicts searching, new business intake, risk management, and compliance. Serve as the focal point for the firm's Executive Leadership Team, Operations Leadership Team, practice group leaders, and other operations professionals to build and enhance process centered on managing risk.Duties and Significant Highlights • Collaborate with the Office of General Counsel to ensure compliance with firm policies and practices regarding conflicts, new business intake, and lateral lawyer onboarding.• Cultivate a unified Client Intake team culture bringing together 18 Conflicts Analysts, Managers, and Supervisors, creating a sustainable hiring and benchmarking model for skill development, individual progress, and knowledge sharing.• Develop points of efficiency such that the Client Intake team now averages approximately 2.32 hours to produce comprehensive conflicts search results, including in-depth corporate research as part of new business analysis.• Partner with in-house programmers to tailor data capture on new client/matter questionnaires (via the Intapp™ platform) as we respond to and anticipate the evolving needs of the firm.• Provide ongoing education and support to firm professionals, including hosting virtual and on-site training workshops relating to the conflicts and new business intake systems.• Serve on the firm’s Innovation Leadership Team to brainstorm and execute initiatives to make the firm more data driven.• Member of the firm’s Operations Advisory Team, defining and creating client service standards for firm personnel. • Guest speaker at the 2023 Attorneys' Liability Assurance Society (ALAS) Innovation and Data Conference, discussing how my team’s positioning under the Innovation operations umbrella has augmented the ways we assess risks and opportunities associated with conflicts and new business intake.
