Oversight of lifecycle for Government Directed Actions to ensure implementations are completed in accordance with established time frames. Acts as liaison between Naval Network Warfare Command IT Service Operations and Perspecta Capability Teams for all Government Directed Actions. Recommend, validate and monitor execution of GDAs involving mitigation of any Information Assurance Vulnerability for the NMCI network. Engage Perspecta personnel for a rapid assessment of requested requirements, as required, to make sure the request is executed properly. Ensure real time information exchange of operational, critical situations, and disaster preparedness to operational customer. Assist with and occasionally hosts business continuity restoration calls. Utilize internal systems to report incidents to leadership. Take escalations if any alerts/events are identified by monitoring analysts as significant and requiring action. Perform initial assessment and triage on the criticality and impact of events and engages the appropriate processes and personnel if escalation outside OC is required. Ensure key stakeholders are apprised of all details regarding an event or incident in order that the issue can be assigned the appropriate priority based on scope and impact.

• Manage a Service Desk Tier 2/SRM team of 32 employees (located in Boise and Huntsville, Alabama). The team is part of Perspecta’s contract with the NASA’s Agency Consolidated End-User Service (ACES) Program with the primary focus to modernize NASA’s entire end-user infrastructure, delivering a full range of personal computing services and devices to more than 60,000 users with the target to deliver significant productivity gains and cost savings to NASA.• Perspecta’s NASA ACES Tier 2 team works with our corporate partners to provide 24x7x365 support for 10 NASA centers within the contiguous United States. • Actively involved in continual service improvements with a primary focus on Service Operations. Our team’s priorities include but not limited to identification, categorization, prioritization, diagnostics, resolution, recovery, and closure.
