Rebuild Group is a boutique building company that provides insurance repair, inspection and general building services to residential and commercial properties across Perth.

I began my career in the building sector as a Trade Assistant, gaining practical experience through assisting contractors with manual labour, deliveries, demolition, and site management. I gained a strong foundation in building operations from this role, which also taught me the value of productivity, cooperation and safety, whilst also adhering to deadlines.The practical knowledge and problem-solving skills I developed were key in my career progression, enabling me to take on more responsibility and ultimately move into leadership roles, culminating in my position as General Manager.

During my time as a Marketing & Advertising Consultant to SFR, I developed key skills in strategic marketing, client communication, and market analysis. Working across sectors such as property and financial services, I learned how to effectively position services, attract clients, and build strong relationships.These skills aided in my transition to a managerial role at Rebuild Group, where I have applied my marketing expertise to grow the business, enhance client engagement, and better position the company in an otherwise competitive market.

My time at Covet Cabinets gave me early insight into the building industry, much like my first role at Rebuild Group. My main responsibilities included helping a small team of cabinet makers supply, install, and fit off custom-built cabinets to homes and businesses across Perth. I continue to maintain regular communication and dealings with Covet Cabinets as a subsidiary of Rebuild Group.
