Current- Provides Tier 3 support for assigned systems. Works with vendors to resolve complex issues.
- Administers, maintains, monitors, and repairs assigned applications and parent systems.Includes diagnosing and assisting in resolving configuration and hosting of those applicationson premise or in the cloud, as part.
- Plans and coordinates testing changes across multiple environments (TEST, STAGE, PROD),upgrades, and new services, ensuring systems will operate correctly in current and futureenvironments.
- Researches and recommends innovative and where possible, automated approaches forsystem administration tasks.
- Monitors equipment to detect errors that signal malfunction in communications software orhardware.
- Manages maintenance of credit unions Contact Center specific applications to maintain uptimefor critical member facing channels.
