Applications Systems Administrator
Current● Provides Tier 3 support for assigned systems. Works with vendors to resolve complex issues.● Administers, maintains, monitors, and repairs assigned applications and parent systems.Includes diagnosing and assisting in resolving configuration and hosting of those applicationson premise or in the cloud, as part of maintenance and troubleshooting.● Plans and coordinates testing changes across multiple environments (TEST, STAGE, PROD),upgrades, and new services, ensuring systems will operate correctly in current and futureenvironments.● Researches and recommends innovative and where possible, automated approaches forsystem administration tasks.● Monitors equipment to detect errors that signal malfunction in communications software orhardware.● Manages maintenance of credit unions Contact Center specific applications to maintain uptimefor critical member facing channels.● Collaborates with project managers, business management, other business partners andsubject matter experts to address and map out enhancement requests.● Uses technical expertise to collaborate with IT, as well as with other SCU interfacing systemadministrators to provide a consistent member experience across all channels.● Develops and maintains procedural documentation, test plans and test scripts. Documentescalated resolution steps for Tier 1/2 technicians to follow for future troubleshooting.
