As a founding member of The CMC Group I was responsible for growing the brand, generating clients, performing consulting projects, including client representation at ALJ hearings, MAC Reviews and providing expert witness testimony in Federal Fraud cases. Additionally, I was responsible for providing lectures for medical societies, state organizations, and large eduational organizations. I authored and/or co-authored more than 12 books that are currently in their 4th,5th,and 6th editions. I served on the editorial board for 2 of the nations largest publications.

During my time as a Senior Consultant I provided nation wide training and education on medical chart auditing, Medicare rules and regulations, HIPAA, OIG, OSHA Compliance and Labor Laws. I became Director of Consulting in 2001 and assumed responsibility for overseeing all consulting nation wide for the organization which topped more than $5mm per year.
