Collaboration and creativity is the cornerstone of Find Your Wray Consulting and as the founder and principal consultant, it has been my passion and focus since long before I founded the company. From my time in the military along with working for and with several diverse companies and organizations of all sizes and purposes, I have always enjoyed creating solutions and opportunities for a variety of businesses and organizations. My creative process and ‘out-of-the-box’ approach has afforded me many opportunities to partner with a great number and diverse collection of clients and projects on a wide range of topics, subjects and purposes. My mission is to help others from small business owners to large corporations and non-profits along with partnering within the civic and community sectors to address and solve the issues and situations that they encounter.It has been my privilege and opportunity to work with all types and sizes of organizations from 'Global 50' and Fortune 500 corporations to established small 'mom & pop' businesses as well as start ups. I have also worked and served several non-profit organizations of all sizes from the 'United Way' and 'Make-A-Wish' to small local causes and purpose focused groups and churches (several of them are listed above).

I currently manage a growing, 6 chair practice (3 operative and 3 hygiene) with an amazing team. Some of my initial responsibilities in the creation of the practice ranged from: The development of the business plan and arranging the purchase financing as well as office design, equipment assessment, purchasing and lease agreements along with marketing and advertising strategies and implementation. Other practice management components that I collaborated on were office & patient policies, scheduling guidelines and protocols, form development, filing systems, accounts receivable & payable protocols, HIPAA & OSHA policy development, implementation and training. After developing a strong team I delegated several aspects of the operation to our team which allowed me the opportunity to focus on specific areas of the practice including participating in several outside endeavors on behalf of the practice (see below for details). My current responsibilities include practice expansion, marketing, advertising and promotions along with vendor and referral relations, equipment evaluation and purchasing along with administrative and financial oversight and auditing.CIVIC & PROFESSIONAL PARTICIPATION: PARTNERS IN CARING (Dental Committee): A consortium formed by the two area hospitals, the United Way and most major social service organizations in the community. The committee worked at improving access to care for the underprivileged in the community through programs such as 'First Call for Help' (through the United Way) and the initial drive towards a community dental clinic.STATE OF INDIANA – DENTAL ADVISORY PANEL (Medicaid Program): I was a panel member that collaborated with the State of Indiana (FSSA) on the restructuring and development of the dental services program for Medicaid recipients. UNITED WAY CAMPAIGN CABINETI served on the SW Indiana United Way Campaign Cabinet (managing the dental segement) where we had a campaign goal of $6 million.

HOTEL SALES MANAGER:Assisted in the initial marketing and promotion of a brand new 250 room casino hotel as well as developing and implementing a sales program that addressed the unique market that a casino reaches in a traditional and non-traditional sense. - We initiated an aggressive hands on marketing / promotion campaign in several large area markets (ie. Indianapolis, Nashville, Lexington, Louisville and several smaller cities as well within the region). - Administrative program and protocol development, contract agreements in addition to sales tracking and reporting. - Sales included clients on many levels and with a wide range of needs. The various client groups included - Corporations, associations, casual travel, VIP (casino players, celebrities, and events), social (weddings, reunions, concerts, special events, civic), retreats, etc. Everything from initial calls (incoming & outgoing) to follow up meetings to contract negotiations and special needs were addressed. - Follow through & department interaction and coordination. Due to the nature of our facility and the wide range of services we provided, we had to be attentive to detail and coordinate the various aspects of a 'contract' and that meant utilizing and working with various departments within the casino as well as vendors to make an event or stay complete and achieve the needs of the client.

- Development and implementation of the 1st Calvary Division’s Standard Operating Procedures on driver's training and preventive maintenance program (1st Cav represented the largest unit - over 18,000 soldiers on the largest military base in the world - Ft. Hood, Texas). - Facilitation, distribution and inventory control of all vehicle parts for front line companies for the entire 3/67AR battalion. - Battalion manuals and training guide manager. Developed and organized a uniform system of cataloging, organizing and managing an extensive vehicle maintenance manual library including all updates and auxiliary research material. - Field / battle communication coordinator for UMCP (Unit Maintenance Collection Point) support area for entire unitProvided tactical radio support between all field units and commanders during training exercises and during live battle (Operation Desert Storm) with regards to vehicle resources and status. Gathered, organized and maintained status updates of all unit vehicles/equipment, personnel, support needs and repair status' while assigned to UMCP.
