As a Customer Advocate I was responsible for the delivery of medical linen, maintaining the accounts, weekly/monthly inventory, negotiating pricing, and growing the territory. Maintained 100+ accounts per week.As a Route Specialist, I was responsible for learning and covering the other 11 routes while a customer Advocate was out on vacation.

Dealt with month-end and bi-annual inventory procedures as well as coordinated the periodic maintenance of a fleet of 11 tractors and trailors
