About Sean O'Brien

Irish rugby union player with 56 test caps for Ireland and 5 test caps for the British & Irish Lions. Started rugby career with local rugby club Tullow in County Carlow before signing up with Irish Province Leinster in 2005.Career highlights are representing Ireland and with Leinster include 4 European Cup winner medals along with a European Challenge Cup winners medal for Leinster. Awarded European Player of the year in 2011.Completed two tours with the British & Irish Lions in 2013 and 2017 in which we were undefeated. Highlights outside of Leinster & Ireland rugby are my ambassador roles for Crumlin childrens hospital in Dublin and Special Olympics Ireland. Outside of the above thoroughly enjoy my involvement in local community initiatives.Skill wise, rugby has ensured I have excellent knowledge of team dynamics whilst ensuring individual high standards are considered and met. High level of accountability and communication skills throughout all aspects of life.
