Property developed to date comprises of light industrial warehousing units, modern office accommodation, incubator start-up units, & commercial retail units. We develop, lease, & asset manage the property through our management companies, maintaining & enhancing asset values. In total we have developed 1.7m sq.f of office & industrial property in Blanchardstown Corporate Park, & Edenderry Business Campus, and various other development.

Project QS on a number of large commercial projects; office developments, department store fit outs; Grand Canal Plaza offices & M&S Liffey Valley Fit Out.

I was involved in a varity of projects ranging from the refurbishment of the Old Richmond Hospital on North Brunswich Street to industrial warehousing, housing projects, and office refurbishments.

Assistant QS for a large drylining & partitioning subcontractor. Worked on a number of Warner Bros cinemas & Banque Paribus HQ at Marylebone London.
