Lead all aspects of brand management, packaging design, photography & advertising for our line-up of distributed beers. This includes conceptualizing new brands & designs, as well as refreshing/rebranding existing products in alignment with the TBBC brand and applicable federal alcoholic beverage laws.• Create packaging, point-of-sale and sales support materials for new and existing brands including but not limited to logo's, labels, tap handles, outdoor & POS signage/displays, SWAG/merchandise, sell sheets, and sales presentations.• Responsible for creating graphics of products & merchandise that are used for digital/print advertising. Collaborating with sales and social media staff, to support our taprooms, distribution partners, and retail accounts.• Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers including estimating, placing orders, price negotiation, timelines, deliverables, and quality control. Seek out new suppliers that offer new services and/or better price & performance.• Maintain a well organized cloud database of creative resources including but not limited to; logos, label designs, photo/video assets, and finished materials for use by the TBBC staff.•Stay highly connected to trends, techniques, materials, and other strategies associated with design in particular within the craft beer industry. Apply new elements and concepts to keep our brand fresh and best positioned in the marketplace.• Constantly seeking to enhance the overall TBBC brand in terms of visual execution in our taprooms and with our packaged products.•Collaborate with restaurant management to provide food menu updates, updating beer menus & descriptions (Untappd Management)
