Intrigued by the challenge of leading a Retail Network, I seized the opportunity at Goodyear Tyre and Rubber Company as Managing Director of Hi-Q Automotive.This executive leadership role has been my most fulfilling, encompassing situational and strategic leadership, mentoring, change management, and promoting collaboration.
