As a contract support specialist, I assisted project managers with generating project performance reports and invoices for client billing while coordinating with other specialists to assist with other project administration duties. I independently developed an Excel-based tool to process labor information from our enterprise resource program, Vision, to create easy-to-read invoices and labor detail reports. I also summarized project performance for the office to improve the efficiency of the project manager meeting.

As a Discord community manager, I provide specialized support for brands and projects that lack the internal resources and expertise for fostering and maintaining healthy communities on Discord. This includes the technical configuration and setup for the Discord server and bots, developing community policy and procedures, finding and managing community moderators, collecting and analyzing community sentiment and feedback, and escalating critical community input to inform companies’ PR strategies.
