I am passionate about building strong, curious, and empowered teams that thrive in an asynchronous, global, ecosystem. I do not believe in the "hub and spoke" model of global management. There is too much talent around the world to limit ourselves to a geographic location.I believe any product or service can authentically engage and relate to a community of people, if you make it your goal to help them do, or get, the thing(s) they want. I just happen to love videogames and especially the communities of gamers who choose to spend their time playing free-to-play online multiplayer games.The power of connection and belonging is under valued by most brands, or misinterpreted, because they think that their communities belong to them, when really the products and experiences we build and curate belong to the community, if we're lucky, and we listen.
