As Planon's Professional Services Director for North America, Sean was tasked with the strategic direction and operational management of a team of highly skilled Project Managers, Solution & Technical Architects. Our team provided our customers project management, business consultancy and technical services as part of our overall implementation methodology. Sean worked closely with the North American Sales team in responding to RFP's (including pricing) and developing SOW's.
