Responsible for leading, developing and managing all aspects of Bank operations including Deposits, Loans, Secondary Market, Compliance, Audit, IT and Human Resources. Additionally, I serve as a member of Executive Leadership where we are tasked with developing the overall strategic direction of the Bank and ensuring execution of the plan.

I assumed an expanded executive leadership role in 2011 to encompass Roundbank (which was acquired by MinnWest Bank in 2021).Highlights of my tenure include the transformation and change management of three significant business initiatives grounded in HR performance and people process, the complete design of our finance and accounting department, and the redesign of a mortgage process.I also enjoyed facilitating the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), leading through The Great Recession, removing challenges associated with an IT infrastructure upgrade project, and the development of a data-driven culture.

In this capacity, I led strategic planning, implementation, and evaluation of the organization's financial and operational functions. I also oversaw and directed the accounting, investment, financial reporting, regulatory compliance, HR, IT and Operations functions. I recognized emerging operational efficiency opportunities, emerging risk issues and developed strategies to capitalize on those situations.

I was proud to serve as Chair of the Advisory Body overseeing financial affairs of the parish and school. I partnered closely with the business staff and administrators to create and manage the $3 million annual budget. I also provided guidance to staff regarding the use of income and the allocation of expense dollars while assisting with the transition between multiple pastors and administrators. I served on the Strategic Planning Committee for both the Church and School, as well as a member of the $1 million Endowment Committee--where we established parameters for protecting corpus and approval distributions. Additional roles included serving on several task forces including the search committee, tuition setting, debt renegotiation, and capital campaign committee. I also provided guidance as a key volunteer leader to two capital campaigns and annual Sunday stewardship campaigns.
