I am an experienced, grounded, articulate and passionate leader with 35 years of diverse leadership experiences at LIFT Technologies, American Axle, Bright Automotive and Chrysler Corporation within engineering, business development, product planning, marketing, product innovation, corporate strategy, manufacturing, quality, sales, and public relations. I most recently served as the Chief Development Officer at LIFT Technologies, responsible for leading all business development, membership, ecosystem development and talent programs. LIFT is a public-private partnership between the DoD, industry and academia and is one of 17 national manufacturing innovation institutes. We concentrate on providing technical and talent solutions with special focus on materials that perform in extreme environments utilizing tools in both the physical and digital worlds.During my 7 years at AAM, I was the Director of Business Development for electrification systems and then was the Director of Marketing & Engineering specializing in the advancement of AAM's growing electrification portfolio. I led teams responsible for global benchmarking, running technology days to market and showcase advanced products by utilizing a demonstration vehicle fleet of more than 25 vehicles. During my tenure, my team designed and built several over $1M fully electric pick-up trucks to feature AAM's eDU and eBeam 3-in-1 high speed motor technology.I joined a start-up automotive company, Bright Automotive in 2008 to apply my unique experience and passion for innovation to develop PHEV and EV vehicles for the automotive market.
