As a CEMS Program Manager, I lead Picarro's continuous emission monitoring systems team. In this role, I manage a team of project managers, field engineers, and regulatory specialists who provide our clients with a best in class product.My team of experts provides our clients with a full suite of regulatory services - including installation, CEMS certification, quarterly reporting, quality assurance audits, RATA testing, monitoring plan development, and field maintenance.

As a Project Manager with Picarro, my primary focus is assisting commercial sterilizer clients with their regulatory requirements. Picarro makes the most accurate and dependable Ethylene Oxide monitoring systems in the world utilizing CRDS. Day to day I assist clients with designing and integrating our CRDS systems. Our EtO product line consists of CEMS, workplace monitoring, fence line, and mobile monitoring.Following a system integration, I quality assure the emissions data and generate reports to be submitted to federal, state, and/or local agencies. For this reason, staying at the forefront of regulatory updates is crucial for my position.

My role with Trinity Consultants was that of a Subject Matter Expert in Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems (CEMS) and Stack Testing. As part of this position, I was the instructor of Trinity's national level course, CEMS Management and Best Practices.On a day to day basis, I regularly assisted clients with regulatory interpretations, CEMS certifications/recertifications, stack test design, test report forensics, and the development of their on-site CEMS programs.
