My manufacturing business, AVA Ltd, is a family-run, British company based in Farnham, and we're proud to have been in business since 1930.I manage the day-to-day and longer-term activities of the business while ensuring bottom-line profitability. I establish and maintain effective relationships with longstanding and prospective clients, align strategic goals and sales targets, and write and review policies that benefit our business. I'm a strong communicator and negotiator, and happy to be working on the factory floor making mounts or visiting clients across the country (and further) to ensure customer satisfaction - relationships really matter at AVA. I'm a father to two boys and when time permits you'll find me running (for myself, but also after them).
