I have over 27 years of experience in transaction services, SPA advisory, accounting advisory, and audit, specializing in supporting both private equity and corporate clients with complex cross-border and domestic M&A transactions.My core strength is in providing objective financial due diligence advice to clients during their buy-side or sell-side M&A process, including taking a holistic and strategic view of the overall proposed transaction, maximizing shareholder value, defending shareholder value, and expediting the due diligence process. I have worked across a broad range of sectors, including diversified industrials, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, consumer goods and retail, technology and media, and power and utilities. I am a dual native speaker of English and (Swiss) German, and a certified public accountant.
