We are therefore having to raise our standards in every area and take a step up in our capabilities and that means investing heavily in the training and development of our people.In order to achieve this I also focus on our internal Training and L&D.Alongside supporting key account relationships for some of our biggest customers, I will be utilising over 16 years' experience in the recruiting space to support our team internally. For new starters this will be ensuring they are onboarded efficiently, inducted smoothly and ultimately become productive faster. For our more established team I will be on hand to help them address any new and unique challenges they may face, whether that's people, client or market challenges, or even general conflict resolution.
