I am currently working for Yankee.ie, Ireland's leading online retailer of Yankee Candle. Here I assist in the day to day activities of a busy online and offline retailer.Key duties and responsibilities include:- Maintain online products including setup of new products, removal of end of life lines, adjust pricing, info updates and promotions- Overseeing the online process to ensure a smooth customer experience while making improvements and efficiencies where possible.- Ensure site displays correct information for our customers- Analysing web analytics to identify and action user experience improvements- Content management & SEO- Website design and maintenance- Email Marketing- Customer Support

In April 2014 I began work for SWOT digital as a digital marketing and SEO consultant. SWOT digital specialise in producing responsive, search engine optimised wordpress based websites and offer digital marketing services to businesses throughout Ireland. They also provide advanced search engine optimisation and link building/outreach services with the aim of making it easier for search engines such as Google and Yahoo to find and list your website for a phrase relating to a clients profession, product or service.

In December 2013 I began work in Michael Murphy home furnishings. My role here involved working with management to increase online sales & traffic by updating content and product offerings across their main website, Facebook and a large led display unit. I was also responsible for producing monthly newsletters and SMS messages to help create awareness of both on and offline promotions.

In August 2012 I started working with Cannonball Ireland. I was asked to join the team to help prepare for Cannonball 2012. Cannonball Ireland is the annual gathering of supercar enthusiasts who drive in convoy on an adventurous and picturesque road trip around Ireland, raising funds for charity.

My main purpose here was to help increase sales by designing and building a new website to showcase Jondol’s range of exclusive interior furnishings. In addition to web design duties, my activities included designing newspaper adverts, billboards and road signs.Note: Unfortunately this company went into liquidation and is no longer in business.

Throughout this position I was involved in a wide variety of company activities. I completed freelance graphic design work for a PcRealm hardware/electronic store. I was asked to create promotional media to be used in an advert campaign on point of sale display screens in convenient stores. This consisted of creating high res images containing latest products, store offers and contact details.
