Sean is a highly regarded transactional lawyer with over twenty five years’ international experience. In March 2023 he joined KSL Capital Partners, a leading global investor in travel and leisure, where he currently serves as Associate General Counsel – Europe, based in London and responsible for legal affairs in the UK, Europe and Asia. Previously Sean served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Kingdom Hotel Investments, a global investor in luxury hospitality headquartered in Dubai, with a portfolio spanning the Middle East, Africa, Asia, Europe and North America. Whilst at Kingdom Hotel Investments, Sean also sat as a Non-Executive Director of Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Hotel George V in Paris, The Savoy Hotel in London and many other hotels across the Kingdom portfolio.Prior to going in-house, Sean was a corporate partner in the London and Abu Dhabi offices of Hogan Lovells, one of the leading global law firms, for over ten years.
