Opened the first Primanti Bros in Indiana from the ground up. Integral part of sharing the Primanti culture and introducing the area to the interesting history of the company.

Only location in Indiana closed in January 2016, with the closest location in Chicago.While at this location, we achieved three consecutive months of sales growth versus the prior year in four months, reversing 2.5 years of negative sales.

My location was one of only 10% of all the restaurants in the company to have positive sales over the previous year and we achieved this three years in a row.

I was in the top 3% of GM's in the company invited to attend conference. I was also selected to mentor the Acting General Manager in the same region.

My location achieved "Top 5" status in a 90-restaurant division in sales increase. I also was selected to open two new restaurant locations.

I was promoted to the Senior Management Team within two months as Bakery Manager where I maintained inventory and staffing to support $2.8 million in bakery sales. Our department consistently achieved the lowest bakery waste in an eight-restaurant region.

Our location consistently achieved top cost controls in the region each quarter. I was also selected to attend the annual Management Leadership Conference.

I held different management positions within the company over the early years of my career which helped me to learn many aspects of running a restaurant. I held the position of Culinary Manager, Service Manager, Sales Manager and eventually General Manager where I am proud of my many accomplishments at various locations: 1. Highest Fan Survey scores in company for fiscal month 8. Highest sales in company for twelve consecutive months
