Support core routing and switching technologies as it pertains to the ISP component of Managed Services; specifically Cisco 7500 Routers and Catalyst 4500 Switches. Design and configure trunking between 4000 series switches for core redundancy. Design, facilitate, configure, and lead Voice-over-IP implementation project involving remote SIP provider using EdgeMarc and EdgeProtect devices in conjunction with PolyCom phone sets.Implement new technologies such as Zhone Networks multi-SHDSL link bonding for COLO and AT&T Central Office uplink.Diagnose and troubleshoot customer-related networking issues that include connectivity, Internet access, Exchange Email, domain Active Directory services, Group Policies, anti-virus, anti-spam, and content filtering.

Install, configure, and maintain: Cisco 1700 / 2800 Series Routers; SonicWall Pro 2040 Firewalls; GoodLink Remote Access Network Services; IronPort C100 SpamFilter; SCO UNIX OpenServer 5.0.5 / 5.0.7; Microsoft Windows Server 2000 & 2003; Microsoft Active Directory; Microsoft Exchange Server 2000 & 2003; Microsoft XP Professional; Symantec BackUp Exec 10d; Sangoma Router Technologies; IPAQ hw6500 Series Handheld devices. Troubleshoot branch UNIX Operating Systems, routers, thin clients, terminals, and printers for over 600 users spanning over 120 locations.Support Windows XP Laptop and Desktop Systems for executives, home office staff, and personnel.Institute, configure, install, troubleshoot, and maintain Track-IT! Professional helpdesk monitoring software.Maintain, troubleshoot Email systems and communications.Manage helpdesk service calls within a ten-minute first-response call window.Institute, manage, maintain Company-wide subnetted IP address scheme.Provide daily morning reports of system status and nightly process completion
