Strong candidates will have at least 2 years of progressively responsible retail experience, 1-year customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment and experience directing the work of others.STORE MANAGER: Leads a cafe's operations, staffing, customer satisfaction, product quality, financial performance, and team development.
