I set-up and ran live worship services at the Hope College Dimnett chapel. The chapel holds around 1000 students for each of its 4 services a week. During these services, many things could go wrong, (feedback, microphone packs die, computer freezes, etc.) and I had to be ready to react to these different glitches and fix them as soon as they occurred. Lastly, as a Team Leader I had to schedule the rest of the team evenly across the 4 services.

I worked closely with the sales office so pick, package, and ship out boating parts to local marinas in the area. McDrumon Inc. wasgreat because they shipped out parts same day unlike many of their competitors. this taught me how to be effective efficient with my time in order to meet as many orders as possible before the trucks arrived to take the packages.

In the receiving office I worked to ensure that parts did not get lost or damaged by high-low operators in the 1 million square foot facility. At times I would have to go looking throughout the warehouse to find a certain part or box. Many times it was a balancing act between spending time looking for the parts versus, remaking it and and possibly wasting money when the part could be found by looking harder.
