Over 20 years in the construction industry with specific focus on operations, process improvement, and business growth. My time with AERO Bridgeworks Inc began at the Salt Lake City International Airport working on the construction of a completely new terminal. I was part of the project management team charged with procurement and installation of a turn key airside infrastructure including 45 new Passenger Boarding Bridges, GPU, AHU, PWC, AVDGS, and eGSE, Additionally, I worked with sub-contracting partners on the installation of electrical, mechanical, and striping infrastructure. I has been involved in various airside projects for AERO across the U.S including Atlanta Hartsfield, Tampa International, Charlotte Douglas International, Miami International Airport. I am an AWS Certified Welding Inspector and have performed welding inspections as well as managing the welding operations for AERO. In my current role as Pre-Construction Manager, I focus on bidding, business development, and project delivery.

Over 7 years I have worked with my team to create one of the top rated welding schools in the country. The company has been profitable every year since inception and more than doubled in capacity with gross revenues of 1.8 Million (2018) and projected to exceed 2 Million (2019). I established a contextual training approach immersing students in the welding environment with a focus on repetition and consistency. I also set the foundation of the program on work ethic and attitude, leading by example and guiding students on the intrinsic benefits of these philosophies. I have established strong vendor relationships with Lincoln Electric, Miller Electric, Dewalt, ESAB, and local suppliers of welding equipment and metals. I leveraged those relationships to create opportunities for the local high schools as well. Our strategy for attaining students has been centered around building relationships with the school systems. I have established a significant network of teacher relationships but also worked with counselors, Principles, and higher level administrators of the entire school systems of Cobb county and Marietta. I have consulted with Administrators from the Marietta school system about their new STEM building currently under construction. In addition to creating a successful school I have also donated my time as a Judge for the SkillsUSA Welding and Fabrication competition from 2009 to 2013 and then served as the Technical Chair for the Welding, Fabricating, and Sculpture competitions from 2014 to 2017. Additionally, I have served as a Judge for the National SkillsUSA competition in Kansas City and Louisville. I have donated time and skills to various charities around Cobb county
