Develop and implement marketing, communications, and continuing education activities (over 30 unique events annually) of one of the largest private dental specialist clinics in North America. Liase with stakeholders including patients, referring doctors, supplies, and strategic partners. Oversee a high functioning team executing communications, marketing, and promotional activity directives. Successfully organised and executed the largest (over 700 attendees) dental continuing education event in the region's history (April 2017).

Primary responsibility to increase referrals to a Cone Beam Computed Tomography imaging centre. Tripled monthly revenue of the clinic in the first year. Strategically evaluated potential complimentary business opportunities on the market and implemented those deemed most likely to better serve the local dental community and represent healthy return on investment, e.g. surgical guides and digital dental impressions.
