- Interpret licensing reports and apply funds in company database- Correspond and communicate with account managers and licensing team members- Assist in data cleanup and the scanning/indexing of department activities and reports- Collaborate with Media Account Managers identifying issues in reporting/payment or licensing reports/fees

- Responsible for the addition and maintenance of electronic files in company database- Correspond and communicate with music publishers and other clients nationally, and internationally- Electronic file maintenance using AS400, Microsoft office (Excel/Word) and Lotus Notes- Responsible for the review and processing of new catalog submissions from music publishers and artists- Responsible for the addition and amendment of client information in company database- Interpret music publishing agreements and identify copyright share information- Act as a liaison for music publishers and clients collecting royalties in Canada

- Experience in the Seasonal, Sports, Garden Center and Warehouse Departments- Responsible for customer service, inventory, stock management and product cleanliness- Inventory control and review using AS400 and RF scanners- Communicating in person and via telephone internally and with customers- Handling cash and processing final sales- Placing special orders electronically and in writing for individual customers- Merchandising- Set-up and breakdown of store fixtures and shelving for seasonal changeover - WHIMIS training- Shipping and receiving - Using manual and electronic lift-trucks in the warehouse environment
