Plan and design of telecommunications access network infrastructure copper, fiber, wireless and NGN.

Develop, resource and maintain the Eircom access network capital programme in line with resource capacity and budgetary constraints. This involves ensuring that the flow through from plan and design into build is aligned to deliver the required business benefits in line with business case approval. Meeting with the various stakeholders in finance, plan, design, supply chain and build to monitor and control build activity. Analysis and reporting developing financial and resource models to highlight issues and required actions. Defining processes for programme change requests, injected work and programme generation. Contractor relationship management. Working with contractors to ensure programme delivery is on time, within cost and to safety and quality standards by communicating requirements, developing processes and ensuring compliance.
