I am a solutions architect that uncovers undiscovered problems and plans easily navigable paths to solve them. Currently, I'm working as a product manager at Jetty, a start-up that delivers innovative crisis communications software to make our customers lives and jobs easier. My variety of experience bridges the divide between dynamic software technologies and static documentation requirements within the crisis response industry, and allows me to advocate for mutually beneficial outcomes for both internal and external stakeholders. I have focused for the last 7 years learning to be both an advocate and an expert in crisis communications as I love charting the future course of crisis communications and the software supporting it.I place myself into my customers' shoes to learn what drives them to better align our products to their spoken and unspoken needs. I investigate and discover what pain points our customers have that we can solve to deliver the most value, for both customer and our business.
