As an ADHD coach, I help people with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) achieve their personal and professional goals. I have over nine years of experience in coaching, teaching, researching, and consulting in the field of psychology, with a focus on humanistic, phenomenological, existential, and transpersonal approaches.Through my coaching business, I offer individual and group coaching sessions, workshops, and online resources to help people with ADHD understand their strengths, challenges, and potential. I also teach psychology courses at the Dominican University of California and Sonoma State University, where I share my passion for psychology. Additionally, I am the founder and sole proprietor of Ludus Amoris Institute and Ludus Amoris Editing and Consulting, a research project and a service that explore the themes of transcendence, immanence, and integration.
