I've always strived to make my community a better place for everyone, and throughout the years, I have learned this can be done in different ways such as through partnership with governmental, corporate, and non-profit organizations while promoting ideas like civic engagement and community outreach. I am a recent graduate of the University of South Florida with my masters degree in business administration. I was honored to serve the USF community as a USF Ambassador, and member of the USF Alumni Association Board of Directors. As USF is a consolidated university, I was fortunate to partner with fellow members of the USF community throughout the Tampa Bay area in an effort to strengthen USF's student-experience. Outside of the classroom, I have enjoyed the opportunity to apply what I have learned in the workplace. Throughout the 2019-2020 school year, as well as the summer of 2021, I served as an Intern and Assistant Constituent Advocate for Congressman Charlie Crist, helping to sort constituent correspondence, answering calls from constituents, and assisting constituents in receiving their stimulus payments. In 2022, I took on the role of District Office Manager for Congressman Crist, helping to oversee district-related activities such as constituent communication and support. There have also been exciting opportunities to be involved in the Tampa Bay community, and provide a youth's perspective that is often times overlooked. While at USF, I have been fortunate to serve on the board of the Clearwater Neighborhoods Coalition, serve as a member on the Clearwater Charter Review Committee, and serve as the Clearwater At-Large Representative on the St. Petersburg Clearwater International Airport Noise Abatement Task Force. I believe all of these experiences have provided unique viewpoints of the biggest challenges the Tampa Bay community is facing. I am always excited for new opportunities to become involved, and serve the Tampa Bay community and beyond. I believe we all have a shared goal in making our community a better place to ensure its adequate to work, live, and play.
